Purchased during the summer
of 2003 this vacant two building complex of 142,000 square feet
was renovated during the Fall of 2003. In the Spring of 2004 the
property was sold to Titan Furniture under a lease purchase
scenario allowing Titan to occupy the space immediately while
also providing investors with long term capital gain status.
Investors were rewarded
