Lucia Thomas
Senior Property Manager

Ms. Thomas was previously employed, for 26 years, by Metro Atlanta Properties, Inc., where she served as Vice President of Property Management. In this capacity, she managed the company's portfolio of 643,000 square feet of office properties, and she was a regional manager overseeing 1,824 apartment units in the Atlanta area.

Ms. Thomas is a graduate of Georgia State University and has the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.

James W. Vaughn 
Project Manager & Operations Director

Mr. Vaughn served as Architectural Designer, Construction Manager and Vice President of Construction for M.D. Hodges Enterprises, a major Southeastern industrial development company for over 30 years. During Mr. Vaughn's tenure at M.D Hodges he oversaw all facets of construction of over 15 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial and single tenant industrial property. While at M.D Hodges Mr. Vaughn's duties included site preparation, construction supervision, material ordering and other general contractor duties involved in developing industrial property from the ground to occupancy.
