This 12,500 square foot freestanding office was purchased by an AIP partnership in Spring of 2005 out of bankruptcy from a community bank in North Georgia.

The property is located off Northcrest Road at spaghetti junction. Located at the same exit as the Atlanta Silverbacks new $20 million soccer stadium this building can provide a company incredible highway exposure. return in excess of 25% during the two year holding period.
