Rental rates for 5,000 - 10,000 square foot bays range from $6.00 - $6.50 psf triple net. These rates are based on providing your clients 15-20% office finish. Annual operating expenses are estimated at $0.75 psf.

Condominium units can be purchased at $75 psf for the shell with final pricing based your specific build out improvements.
