Should you have to contact one of our vendors directly please mention by name as well as Atlanta Investment Properties. The vendor will likely not be familiar with the actual corporate entity that owns the property. Please indicate to them that we are unreachable and you have an emergency. We can determine who is responsible for the expense after the emergency has been handled.
